Inspired by the iconic lanterns that have watched over the hotel since 1928, this Easter egg sublimates light and matter in an unforgettable interplay of textures and flavours.
Entirely handcrafted by our Pastry Chefs, it reveals an exquisitely intense Passionato 60% dark chocolate, combined with a puffed black rice praline for a crunchy touch. Its melting heart reveals creamy caramel and caramelised hazelnut chips, while its stained-glass rose sugar windows poetically capture the light like a work of pastry art.
